Tracy Day 19

breakfast
4 oz scrambled eggs
2 oz ezekiel bread
1 banana

lunch
3 oz chicken, 1/2 oz cheese
8 oz cabbage, 4 cooked bell peppers
1 oz asian dressing
1 oz dry fruit, 3 oz blueberries

dinner
3 oz lime chicken, 1/2 oz cheese
2 corn tortillas
4 oz lettuce, 2 oz bell peppers, 4 oz salsa, 2 oz tomato
1 oz sour cream
