Tracy Day 27

breakfast
4 oz milk, 4 oz yogurt
4 oz mixed fruit
1 oz oatmeal, dry and cooked

lunch
1 oz cheese, 1 oz peanut butter
6 oz broccoli, 6 oz celery
3 oz strawberry

Dinner
4 oz chicken
4 oz rice
8 oz sauted bell peppers and onions, 4 oz cucumber & celery
1 oz oil
