Tracy 38

YES PLEASE!!! Please come over and I'll just have some extra food in case you want it. Here is what I'm having today:

breakfast
1 protein drink
1 banana
2 oz dry granola

lunch
1 oz cheese, 2 oz chicken
9 oz cabbage, 3 oz cucumber
1 oz asian dressing
3 oz grapes, 2 oz oranges

dinner
4 oz teriyaki chicken
4 oz rice
9 oz sauted veggies, 3 oz cucumber
1 oz oil
