breakfast
4 oz milk, 4 oz yogurt
4 oz mixed fruit
1 oz dry oats
lunch
1 oz cheese, 2 oz pepperoni
4 oz cooked veggies, 8 oz raw carrots, celery and tomato
1/2 oz ranch
6 oz mixed fruit
dinner
3 oz chicken, 1/2 oz cheese
4 oz potato
8 oz sauted bell peppers and onion, 4 oz salad
1/2 oz dressing
