4 oz ezekiel bread
1 banana
lunch
2 oz turkey, 1 oz cheese
8 oz salad, 4 oz sauted veggies
1 oz balsamic vinigriette
1 apple
dinner
4 oz salmon
4 oz rice
5 oz salad, 7 oz broccoli
1/2 oz ranch
exercise
ummm...i won't lie...probably a big fat nothing. does vacuuming and mopping count?
