I had a crazy start to our day and didn't have time to sit down this morning, but here is what the plan is/was for today:
breakfast
4 oz milk, 4 oz yogurt
4 oz mixed berries
2 ezekiel bread
lunch
2 oz cheese
6 oz carrots, 6 oz v8
1/2 oz ranch
1/2 apple
dinner
4 oz black beans, 1/2 oz cheese
2 corn tortillas
6 oz salad (lettuce, tomato, & salsa) 6 oz sauted bell peppers and onions
1 oz sour cream
