This is the plan.
Breakfast:
2 rice cakes
4 oz frozen fruit
8 oz milk
Lunch:
12 oz spinach, onion and mushroom
2 clemtines (this is about 5 oz total)
4 oz ground beef
.5 oz olive oil
Dinner:
12 oz broccoli
4 oz pork
4 oz rice
.5 oz olive oil
Thing I like about myself:
The fact that I have ankles, not cankles, even if my calves are huge.
Grateful For:
David's cute butt (just that specific part of him)
The iPod hook up in my car.
The new fruit bowl I got that has a banana hanger! YAAAY!
